I liked it

Very much so. high quality, nice progression. Had to lower my speakers a bit because i didnt expect it to be so loud. Keep working on it, its going well. I'd say maybe throw in another instrument at the cutoff you have now to keep it fresh, and alternate them?

Rukkus responds:

Thanks for the great review. I'll take you words into consideration when i make my next House beat because im not gonna finish this one lol. This was just an experiment, but i hope to learn more about making House beats along the way.

Spot On

And everything in your description is accurate. Excellent piece. I'd like to hear it again if you do decide to add anything.

Pezmobile responds:

Thanks, i'll PM u when i do, if i can remember...
=D

It has

some really nice elements to it, especially the little drum sequences every now and then. Hopefully youll get some voters with longer attention spans though since it tends to drag just a tad bit, but excellent work.

Kinda hard

to review a piece this good. Only thing I could think of is maybe cranking up the volume on the bass instrument, because it compliments very well, but its just barely audible. Overall damn near perfect piece.

Nice use

of repetition. Sometimes, that can be the downfall of a good piece, but you had more than enough going on around it to support it without it ever getting boring. Very nice job.

Kuma-AKA responds:

Thanks Man! By the way, cool username.

Friendly Criticism

On the downside, it gets pretty repetitive. I thought from the start "This is an amazing intro," and the notes never really evolved much. However, your progression and increasing intensity was well executed, and your instrument choices were spot on for this kind of song. Overall, I say very nice job, and for advice, maybe make it longer and use this whole thing as an intro for something with some new notes.

definitely

a worthy tribute. well done, and I especially like your instrument choices for the leads. very effective.

I think

the score should be higher. I enjoyed it! My own opinion though was that it was kinda missing something up until 2:27 when it breaks into the meat of the song. A slow peaceful buildup is nice, but I think it should have gotten more dramatic a bit sooner, if that makes any sense. Good work

SoundsOfEscape responds:

It does make sense haha. I was trying to stay true to the original which builds up a little slow as well, but I'll try and make it more interesting more sooner haha. And as for the score, I'm sure it's some moron who got a hard-on from giving me a 0. I'm not too worried about it :D

Hmm...

I refrain from voting because as it is, it's just missing alot. However, Im not saying it's bad. If you used it as an intro for something, I think it would be quite effective. I would say if you really want this to be a standalone piece though, at least try to hash up the ending so that it loops because how it is now doesn't work.

kittykittycat100 responds:

i rushed it and i suck at audio

Itwas good.

Not epic, but still good. It didn't really change dramatically for me to be honest. The whole track kind of seemed like an epic build-up to a breakthrough that never happened. I will however say that the first 30 seconds of intro on its own are very effective and enjoyable, if it exploded into something.

CRF250 responds:

Thanks for the review!!! =^.^=
